All baths (except for "Just a Bath") and full grooms come with: a soothing facial, messaging body scrub, deep moisturizing conditioner, leave-in conditioning spray if needed,  properly fluff dried, ears cleaned (no ear flushing unless requested), ear hair removed (if needed), anal gland expression (if needed), paw pads clipped out & nail trim. Only what your dog can tolerate safely and humanely will be completed.

        ~   Ideas on how things work to make your first visit run smoothly.

•  Keep in mind, the salon is not set up for more than one family of dogs at a time. Please, plan the booking for you to be able pick up when you receive your 15 minute notice of completion. This way there is no complicated confusion and we don't have to crate your dog to keep things flowing and safe. We hate putting dogs in crates, so we don't use them unless required! 

• Plan up to 3 hours for grooming, especially if we have never seen your dog, has thick or long hair, a large dog, or complicated haircut, etc.

•  Understand that the best groom and achieving a long term goal is about communication and doing hair up keep at home.  Keeping a relationship going with a groomer is key to getting that perfect hair cut and keeping it going, over and over again. Feel free to ask any questions or have us explain things for at home to do.  Collecting photos to show at drop off is the best way to show what you are looking for in a hair style, so there is clear communication in what you are wanting. 

•  Dogs at times, may be moved to a different service if the wrong thing was selected when the online booking request was submitted.
